President

-          Preside at all meetings of Board of Directors, usually 6 times per year

-          Assure that Forhanc is running according to 501(c)3 regulations

-          Monitor events and fundraisers

-          Monitor and mentor committees, as needed, to provide advice, leadership and attend committee meetings as requested

-          Communicate with all shareholders: City, Department of Parks & Rec, Boards, Volunteers and Committees

-          Establish budget, forecast and actual, with help of Treasurer

-          Delegate tasks to board members or committees as needed

 Vice President

-          Fill in for President in event of scheduling conflicts

-          Assist President as sounding board

-          Assist with above as assigned

-          Archive Forhanc activities and communications

-          Ensure that all records and reports are up-to-date and turned in on a yearly basis

Secretary

-          Attend all meetings of Board of Directors, keeping minutes and submitting the to Board for approval

-          All committee reports and correspondence with President are placed on file with Secretary

Treasurer

-          In charge of collections, deposits and withdrawals from bank account

-          Responsible for updating President on account and obtaining second signature on all outgoing checks

-          Help President and Vice President establish forecast and actual budget

-          Ensure that all expense requests are turned in and paid within reasonable timeframe

-          Provide cash to cashiers on day of fundraisers (with help) and count money after the fundraisers are over

-          Note: A CPA firm does a yearly audit of our books
